Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Dean. We're sorry for any trouble that you are having with your online banking and we'll be able to assist you.
If you remember your Online Banking User Name and also have U.S. Social Security Number; however, do not remember your Password, you will have the option to reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
When creating your new Password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your Password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a Password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
If you've also forgotten your User Name, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After one of our specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to assist you in retrieving your Online Banking User Name.
If you have forgotten your User ID and Password for your BusinessDirect site, we invite you to call our Small Business Team at 800-493-7562, option 2 for immediate assistance.
If you're accessing your credit card directly through www.tdcardservices.com, then please connect with a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861. Our Specialists here can also get you online in a matter of moments!
