do i use the login and password that i use for my online banking for the mobile app? if so, i tried 3 time and it is not working

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties on our app, Maryellen. We'd like to help.
Since you're using our Mobile App to log in, if you're experiencing trouble and if you're not certain of your login info, you may like to try resetting your password. To do so, if you know your current user name, you can reset this by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Please note that you'll want to use our full website rather than our app for this process. This can be completed either on a desktop or laptop computer, or by directing the browser on your mobile device to www.tdbank.com.
Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your Password?" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If you think that your account may be locked, no worries! Feel free to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They will be able to help you reset your account access.
