The log in page continuously blinks on all of my electronics...the surface pro 3, my tablet, my other pc...They all have updated browsers so that is not the issue.

If you are not using the newest version of your browser right now, we recommend making this update. We would also suggest that you disable any plug-ins, restore your browser defaults, and clear your cache/cookies; sometimes it will fix any browser issues.
