I am trying to login to my account and it does not recognize my ssn and mothers maiden name. I even tried my husbands ssn and mothers maiden name and it doesn't recognize that either. The login id is correct as it showed me the correct picture. I don't know what the problem is. When I call the customer service number provided it doesn't give me the option to speak to anyone. I'm not sure how you expect to get paid when you keep us out like this.

Based on your question, it sounds like you're trying to make a payment via www.myonlineaccount.net. If this system is not accepting your log in credentials, we ask that you contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than glad to assist you with your account, and are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
