I contacted your call center last night to confirm my login information, and, as yet, I am still unable to sign/log in to see my account activity. I keep going to the login screen, entering my login name, and as soon as I enter it and hit the tab to enter my password, the login name 'clears out' and a pop-up message comes up requesting that I enter my login information. Is there a problem with your system, or is there some special key I should be using to enter my information and have it remain in the login fields?
