Hey Linda, welcome to TD Helps. We would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
If you are not signed up for TD Bank Online Banking and would like to enroll, first, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking or you only have an Auto Loan with TD Bank, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you log-in the online site and check your loan status.
