When logging into your online banking you will be asked security questions randomly. We require that each online banking user to choose and answer a minimum of 3 security questions.
If the answers to your security questions have been entered incorrectly too many times, your online banking will become locked. This is a security measure to ensure no one accesses your online banking but you. We would be happy to unlock it for you. Once unlocked, we can reset your password and security questions as necessary, then stay on the line with your until you've successfully logged into your accounts.
