Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Catherine. We have a variety of ways for you to check your balance and we'd be happy to share them with you.
One of the easiest ways to check your balance is to give us a call. You may do so at 888-751-9000 and our Customer Service Representatives are available 24/7 to assist you. TD Bank also offers an automated phone service to check your account balance, make transfers and more. You may reach the automated line by dialing 800-937-2000. If it is the first time using the automated system, you will need to know your full account number and when you are prompted to enter your PIN, it is the last four numbers of your Tax Identification Number or Social Security Number, depending on how your account was set up. The automated system will then ask you to create a new pin.
You may also check your balance at an ATM. When you check your balance at an ATM, you insert your ATM/debit card into the machine of your choosing and enter your card's PIN. Then select "Balance Inquiry." Keep in mind that using any TD ATM is free of charge but there may be fees applied at non-TD ATMs. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. TD BusinessDirect is a great tool for checking your balance as well as the many other features it offers. In order to log in to TD BusinessDirect, you must first be enrolled. To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Please note that enrollment in BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary user ID and password that you will have to change upon logging in. If you have any trouble with the enrollment process or if you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Once you've enrolled in BusinessDirect, you have the opportunity to use Mobile Banking for your business account. If you have a smart phone, you can download the Mobile Banking application here: http://bit.ly/YVa4y6. You can submit your phone number to the website and it will send the link to download the application right to your phone!
