We're so sorry to hear that you have misplaced your Debit Card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
As it sounds as if you may not have done so already, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us as soon as possible so that we may cancel your lost card. To do so, you may simply call 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Banking Specialists are always available to help, and once on the phone, they'll be sure to have your card closed to avoid any possible fraudulent transactions from occurring. In the event that a fraudulent transaction may have occurred, they'll also be happy to help you file a dispute against these transactions.
While we'd like to recommend that you connect with us at the number above so that we may close your card as soon as possible, you may also visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative, or send us a Secure Message via your Online Banking.

To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Regardless of which method you choose to connect with us, once your lost card has been closed, we'll also be happy to order you a new Debit Card for your account. Should you choose to visit a TD Store location, a Representative will be happy to provide you with a Debit Card on the spot as we offer instant issue Debit Cards.
