Thank you for connecting is us through TD Helps, Kathleen.
We are sorry to hear your card has been lost. However, we can help with some options to take next.
If you have lost your TD Bank Visa Debit Card, but have not reported it yet, we recommend calling us immediately at 888-751-9000. After proper verification, a Customer Service Representative will close your card. At that time, he/she will also review the account activity to ensure there has not been any fraud to your account. You may then either a request a replacement card to be mailed; or you can visit any TD Bank Store to get the replacement card made on the spot for you, as well as a paper statement to review your transactions. Take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours and locations near you.
If you are enrolled for online banking, another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and requesting your card to be closed. To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. Through Online Banking, you may also review all the transactions in your account and print the statements if necessary. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
Thanks again for sending us your question, Kathleen and have a nice day.
