Good afternoon, Nikey and thank you for coming to TD Helps.
To report a lost or stolen debit card, please contact our 24/7 Bank Specialists as soon as possible at 888-751-9000.
If your mother is enrolled for online banking, she may request a replacement debit card to be mailed to her address on file via an online Secure Message. To send a Secure Message she must first logon to her TD Bank online profile. She can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, she should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center."
Hope this helps, Nikey. Have a great afternoon!
