Hello Penelope Jane, and welcome to TD Helps! We're sorry to hear about your experience. We'll be happy to provide you with several ways to receive a new TD Debit Card.
There are a few options available to have a TD Debit Card sent by mail. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card via mail is by sending a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and you have a personal account with TD Bank, please click here to start the enrollment process: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or do not have your debit card handy, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists.
After you've successfully enrolled, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. It will arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
Please note; if you are requesting a new TD Visa Debit card for your Small Business Checking or Money Market account, you will need to visit a TD Store location in person to obtain one.
Last but not least, we'd like to let you know that you may request this card at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Just bring your valid photo ID and visit your nearest TD Store and you'll be able to walk out with a new card in your hand! Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for help locating a TD Store near you.
We're always here to help, feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions! Take care.
Customer Service Team, Mount Laurel
