Hi, I had a new credit card approved and issued two weeks ago and have not received it. I believe the USPS lost the mail cause they lost at least 7 of mine this year. Would you let me know how I can get the card re-send to me?

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your credit card yet. We ask that you please contact our Credit Card Customer Service Team at 888-561-8861. We have representatives available 24/7 that can confirm when the card was sent, close it if necessary, and issue you a new credit card.
