We're so sorry to hear that you may have misplaced your TD Bank Credit Card, and we'll be more than happy to help.
To report a lost or stolen TD Bank Credit Card, we'd like to recommend that you call and speak with a Specialist from our Credit Card department as soon as possible to prevent any fraud from occurring on your card. For your convenience, our Credit Card Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 888-561-8861.
As you mentioned that you are currently out of the country, you may also call collect, with operator assistance from any landline phone, by asking the operator to dial 706-644-3266.
Just in case you may have misplaced your TD Bank Debit Card, and not your credit card, we'd like to recommend that you dial 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialists, also 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Banking Specialist can be reached internationally as well by dialing collect, with operator assistance from a landline, at (215)-569-0518.
If you're unable to call, don't worry, as you may always send a secure message. To do so, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
