my son is studying abroad in London and his debit card was lost and he requested a replacement more then a week ago via online banking. He doesn't have any money left and can't get anyone from TD Bank to contact him. He says the phone number doesn't work and no one have returned his emails. HELP

We're sorry to hear that you're son has lost his debit card overseas, Sandra.
To best assist your son, we ask that he reaches out to us directly. He is able to contact us from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to assist your son with any options available to him.
Similarly, he is able to send a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message your son must first logon to his TD Bank online profile. He can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, he should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to personal/account information.
We hope to hear from you son soon, Sandra and have a good day.
