Since you're traveling and can't access a phone right now, don't worry as you'll still be able to get in touch with us about this via Secure Message, if your account is enrolled in Online Banking. To write in, please sign in to your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. We'll be able to close your card once we receive your note. Kindly note that we would like to assist you here, but we won't be able to access your account as TD Helps is not considered a secured forum for your confidential information.
If you find that you do have access to a phone, you may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
Once we hear from you and we have closed your card, we can also mail a new card to you at your current location or to your home address, and feel free to ask for instructions on this when you get in touch with us. Or, you'll be able to stop in at any of our Stores when you get back to pick one up. Feel free to find a location nearby you at http://bit.ly/TDStores, and we can issue you one instantly during your visit. We'll also be sure to review your account with you and make sure all transactions are yours.

Answer wrong and i believe I have been blocked. Any solutions? Still in Bangkok soon to be departing for Paris to complicate
