We appreciate the visit, Emma.
Although we are unable to provide your account details via unsecured email, over the phone, or here on TD Helps, if you connect with us at 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518, we'd be happy to help. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you up and running for your TD Online Banking.
Additionally, from your description, it sounds as though you are looking to close your TD account due to your move. We'd hate to see you go but we understand and would be glad to help.
As you mentioned there are funds remaining in the account and you do not have your TD debit card available, an easy way to close the account is via mailed written request. You may request to close your account and have any available money in your account be sent to you by check. You can mail a request with the following instructions:
▪Your account number(s)
▪Your request to close the account(s)
▪Your current address
For your security, please have the letter notarized and mailed to your Home Store. You Home Store is the TD location you visited to open your Account. If you are unsure of which Store is your Home Store, take a look at http://bit.ly/TDStores
We hope this helps and please let us know should you have any other questions.
