A few hours ago, I lost my cell phone and credit cards. Need to put a hold on my TD bank accounts

Please know that we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. As you mentioned that you're unable to call, you are able to visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store or send us a secure message via Online Banking to connect with a Specialist.

To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
