We appreciate you coming to TD Helps today, Ashleigh!
We'll be more than happy to provide you with ways in which you may obtain a Debit Card.
The first and quickest way to receive a Debit Card would be to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours. Once there, a Customer Service Representative will be happy to have a debit card created for you, on the spot. You will leave with a card in your hand that same day! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In the event that you're unable to visit a TD Store location, don't worry! We have a couple other ways in which you may also receive a card.
You may first call and speak with a Banking Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 1-888-751-9000, and after verification, they'll be happy to have a debit card ordered, and mailed to the address we have saved to your account. Similarly, you are also able to send us a Secure Message to request to have a debit card mailed. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
As you stated that you currently have a youth account, please know that if you are under the age of 18, we ask that you contact a TD Store location with a parent or guardian to determine if a debit card is able to be created for you.
Thanks again for stopping by today, Ashleigh. Have a great rest of your day!
