We're sorry to hear that you've lost your Debit Card, Kisha. We'd be glad to assist you with the next steps.
If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us immediately to close your Debit Card. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to close your card, review your account activity and even order a new Debit Card for you!
Please know that Debit Cards requested over the telephone will be mailed to the address we have on file for you and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
If you prefer to visit a TD Store to obtain a new Debit Card, we ask that you bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.). If you do not have one of the mentioned forms of I.D., we ask that you contact the TD Store you plan on visiting to determine what alternate forms of I.D. would be accepted.
