Good afternoon, Frances, and thanks for coming to TD Helps for your answers!
First, if you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to close your debit card for the security of your account. Our Banking Specialists are available, 24/7, at 888-751-9000 to assist with closing your card.
Once your card has been closed, or if you have already done so, and you would prefer to visit us a TD Store location, you're more than welcome to do so. Our TD Store locations offer on the spot Debit Cards. You will leave with a Debit Card in your hand the same day as your visit!
It's important to note that if the account you share with you mom is a custodial account, we ask that she accompanies you during your visit; however, if you have an individual account, you're more than welcome to stop by a Store location during lobby hours, without your mom, to receive your new Debit Card!
We invite you to check out the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to determine your nearest TD Store location, as well as their hours and contact information.
If you have any questions, or if you're unsure if your account is a custodial or individual account, you're more than welcome to contact a TD Store location before your visit, or call a Banking Specialist at the number listed above. We're always happy to help!
Please let us know if you have any further questions, Frances. Have a great day!
