I'm in Peru and need to cancel my lost debit and check if my Visa cards have been used as well but Peruvian phone doesn't recognize 800 numbers. I need a regular number to call.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties with your card, Gerald. We'll be happy to provide you with some options from your current location.
First, since you're traveling, don't worry as you'll be able to communicate with us directly by Secure Message. If your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you'll be able to send a message regarding your debit card while you're logged in. Please sign in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. We'll be able to close your card once we receive your note. You'll also be able to review your account while you're logged in, to ensure that no unauthorized activity has occurred.
If you would like to call, we can offer you the following numbers which don't require the "800" exchange. You may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
Once we hear from you and we have closed your card, we can also mail a new card to you at your current location, or you'll be able to stop in at any of our Stores when you get back to pick one up. Feel free to find a location at http://bit.ly/TDStores, and we can issue you one instantly during your visit.
Also, if you need to contact us in reference to your TD Visa Credit Card, from an international location, please use the toll-free collect number 706-644-3266.
