I am looking for a low cost joint account for me and my roommates so that we can pay our rent (via online bill pay) out of one account, that is linked to our personal TD accounts so that we can easily transfer money to that joint account. Do you offer this?

Thank you for your interest in another account with TD, John. We'd be happy to help.
First, we recommend taking a look at the variety of checking accounts we offer found here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. You are also able to receive a custom recommendation by using our Checking Selector Tool found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU.
Please know that many of our accounts do have minimum balance requirements to avoid a maintenance fee. During your search, we recommend taking a look at the "Rates and Fees" tab to compare checking accounts based on those requirements.
When you are ready to open a joint account, to open the account all parties must visit a TD Bank Store and be present at the time of the account opening process. For locations and hours near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You'll need to bring a Driver’s License, State issued photo I.D., or Passport and Social Security Number. Keep in mind, that you are able to have up to four joint account holders.
If you are all unable to visit a TD Store together, you are able to open an individual account and add your roommates later. To do so, you're able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000, by selecting "Open Account" beneath the product of your choosing or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps, John! Talk to you soon!
