Meant to pay $1000 put $10,000. to USAir Mastercard. what do I do? TD paid it.

As you mentioned that the payment to USAir Mastercard was honored by TD Bank, we'd first recommend that you contact the card provider to determine if they can process a refund for you. This is the most efficient way to retrieve your funds, as a return generally takes about 2-3 business days to be available in your account.
