My recent user name was hacked so need to change!

If you're logging in to your Personal TD Bank Online account, and know your current User Name and Password, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you're viewing your accounts, please click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on Change User Name and Change Password to complete the update.
If you're unsure of your current User Name and Password, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 at your earliest convenience. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they can confirm your current user name, change it if you'd like, and reset your password. You can also visit any TD Bank during lobby hours if you prefer. Please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a TD Bank near you.
