I've moved out of Canada on June and lived in South Korea for working, but I left open my account for paying osap payment. My debit visa card will expire on September 2018. How do I get a new card when my debit visa card is going to expire on September 2018? Should I ask to my family member who is living on Canada for receiving my new debit visa card instead me on September 2018? Will my new debit visa card's account number same as my current debit visa card? Do I have to change my mailing address into my family member's home address who is living on Canada or my current home address which is foreign address? I know I asked many questions, but please answer the questions that I asked.
