Can you please advise what the $15 maintenance fee is for? I thought there was no minimum balance on student checking accounts? Also, what is the minimum?

Please keep in mind that student benefits will expire after 5 years or on a student’s 24th birthday, whichever comes first. At TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking accounts. As we mentioned above, some accounts do require a daily minimum balance to avoid a monthly maintenance fees. If you fall below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
