Thanks for reaching out to TD Helps today, Chrissy. We're glad to assist you.
Please kindly keep in mind that on some of our accounts, there is a monthly maintenance fee and a minimum daily balance that we ask you to keep in order to avoid this fee. If your account falls below your required daily minimum balance, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. If you can identify which type of account you have, you can review the requirements for that account and identify the required minimum daily balance necessary to avoid this fee.
To learn more about our personal Checking accounts, take a look at: http://bit.ly/1s4rW4W. The minimum balance requirement can be located underneath each product type. You may find this link helpful: http://bit.ly/1hiXeSr. Also, you can review a full list of all Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare our accounts here: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv.
If you have a business Checking account with us, we invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information about the Small Business accounts we offer. Once you are on this page, you may click on "Compare Accounts" and then locate the account type you currently have. Underneath the account name, please click on "View Account Guide"; it will take you to the page where you can find our current Fee Schedule for this particular product type.
As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be glad to review your account with you if you have any further questions. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid future maintenance fees. Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee in more detail. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. Follow the options to send us a message and we'll get back to you with some more details about your account. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
As always, you can sit down with a Banking Specialist in person if you'd prefer at any TD Bank Store. Find the closest one here http://bit.ly/TDStores and step in during lobby hours to discuss.
We also like to invite you to visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information on the fee schedule.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Chrissy. Have a good one!
