I do not live close to the bank. I opened the an account last week and received the debit card. I tried to call in to enroll into online banking so I could make a deposit but was told I couldn't until I made an initial deposit of $25. Ok not a problem. So I called back to try to make a deposit over the phone which I was initially told I could do, turns out I can't. The closest ATM at the moment is over 150 miles away. I can't make a deposit over the phone from another card. I can't make a mobile deposit without my account number which I cannot get until I make a deposit. Please help!

Welcome to TD Helps today, Courtney and thank you opening a new Checking account with us and we will be glad to assist you.
There are a couple of ways that you can obtain your account number for your new Checking account. First, if you have already made a deposit while opening your new account online, you may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist can enroll your account for online banking over the phone upon proper account verification. Once you're enrolled for Online Banking, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balance and transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking. Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone.
If you did not make a deposit when opening your new account online, we invite you to visit any TD Bank Store you're able to visit with your valid photo ID, one of our friendly tellers will be able to locate your account number by using your Debit Card and process the deposit for you. Or, you may also make your deposit at a TD ATM by using your Debit Card. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know as we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal/account information as this is an unsecured forum.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
