I went into their store & cancelled with the merchant,six days after the order was placed-a week before taking delivery.They are supposed to refund $413 to my VISA for up-front taxes on this transaction and let TD Bank know so they do not proceed,but they did not do that and now the billing cycle has started.I cancelled this order because I need total shoulder replacement. Months ahead with reduced income and can not make the payments.

For further assistance with your Renovate Card, please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. A Specialist there will be more than glad to assist you. They are available 9:00 am through 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
