Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, John. We are happy to point you in the right direction!
With regard to your TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM cards, please note that each of these cards has daily limits placed on them. For information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ on pages 43-44.
Kindly also note that most ATMs do have a limit on the amount of cash that can be withdrawn in any individual transaction, and if you're withdrawing from a non-TD ATM, you're welcome to speak with the bank which owns that ATM to find out more.
Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours, send us a secured message through online banking or send us a fax. Please be advised that either method that you choose to raise your limit, the limit increase is only valid for 24 hours. If you'd like a permanent increase, please visit a Store during lobby hours. Click here http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you choose to send us a fax, you may do so 24/7. Please send our Fulfillment Team a fax with the following information to 856-534-1138:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
If you choose to send us a secured message through online banking, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and select Send a message; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. In your message, please include the information listed above in the fax option.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.
Thanks for stopping by, John. We hope you have a great day!
