We'd like to begin by stating that you can make a transfer from personal account to your business account as long as your name are on both accounts.
First, the easiest way to make an immediate transfer from your personal account to your business account is to give us a call, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Kindly note that your name must be on your business account as well as your personal account you're transferring to in order for us to complete this for you. If this is the case, after account verification we'll be glad to assist! Or, you can visit us at any Store for the same transfer and please find a listing of our locations nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Depending on the specific details of your personal and business account profiles, we may also be able to link your accounts for online viewing. Once this is complete, you can make transfers at your convenience by logging in! If you're currently using Personal Online Banking to access your account (if you'd like to check, the login can be found here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq) and you'd like to add your business account for viewing, we'll be able to complete this via phone if you're the only signer listed on your business account. You're welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number listed above to complete this.
If you are transferring from your business to your personal account, and if you're accessing Personal Online Banking and your business account has any signers other than yourself, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account to do the transfer. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 856-533-7647.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
- Account number
- A brief statement requesting business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
- The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
Or, if you're currently viewing your business account via TD Bank BusinessDirect (found here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) and you'd like to view your personal account there instead, you'll just need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person.
