I cannot find away to add a memo to a bill pay. On the old site it was right where you put the amount. Any idea where it is now?

It's good to hear from you today, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing. We'll be more than happy to help!
We'd first like to take a moment to ensure you that the ability to have a memo added to your bill payments is still available, and to avoid any further confusion, we'll be more than happy to walk you through the steps on how you may do so.
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll next want to click on the 'Bill Pay' tab towards the top, left hand side of your screen. Once you have found your payee, you'll want to proceed with processing your payment as normal, selecting the account you'd like the payment to be paid from, followed by the amount and the date. Once this has been completed, you'll next want to select the green 'Make Payments' button towards the bottom of your screen. Don't worry, as your payment will not yet be sent yet!
After selecting 'Make Payment', you should be redirected to a new page where you'll be asked to confirm the information you have included, and here, you can add a memo, which will be printed directly on your check. Once you have confirmed the information is correct, and have included your memo, select 'Submit Payments', and you'll be all set!
It's important to note that, at this time, memos are able to be added for any bill payment that will be made as a draft check, and unfortunately cannot be added for any payment that will be made electronically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
