Message stated my username has characters that will be invalid after upgrade & I need to change. How do I change username?

We're making our Online Banking easier, and that much more convenient for all of our Customers, and because of this, for the security of your account, we are asking some of our Customer's to change their usernames before the start of our upgrade on November 13th. When doing so, it's important to note that your new username cannot include any of the following characters:
/ \ ( ) % - ; | # + = @
Once you have chosen your new username, and you're ready to have it reset, you'll first want to log into your Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. When you have gained access to your account, you'll want to click on the 'Customer Service' tab towards the upper, right hand side of your screen. Next, under 'Update Profile and Preferences', you will want to click on the 'User Name' hyperlink. Then, simply enter in your new preferred username.
Once you have selected your new username, select 'Submit'. After doing so, you'll be all set!
