Welcome to the TD Helps community, Mike.
Here at TD Bank, we offer a wide variety of Checking accounts, each with their own set of features and benefits. For a listing of this information of each Checking account that we have please view: http://bit.ly/Wczmq0.
If you currently have an account with us and are unsure of the type of account you currently have, if you're signed up for Online Banking you may log in to view your account type. It'll be listed under the "Accounts" tab. If you're not enrolled yet, you may do so by clicking here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to get started.
Another option to view your account type is on your statements. If you have any statements available you may look at the top left of the page (right above your name) to view this information.
You're always welcome to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can verify your account type once they verify your account. You could also visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you do not have an account with us at this time, but are interested in opening one, our Checking selector tool can be found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU, it can help provide you with a personalized Checking account recommendation. If you're interested in Savings accounts as well, you may take a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM.
When you're ready to open an account, you may do so online by selecting "Open Account" under the account of your choosing. You may also call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with the account opening process. You're also invited to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance.
We hope this information helps, Mike. Please let us know if you have any other questions and have a great afternoon.
