I use MINT for all my financial reporting and account reconciliation. About 3 weeks ago pending transactions stopped pulling into MINT however the balance MINT showed was reflective of pending transactions. MINT support can't figure it out and has suggested I ask TD Bank. It is the only institution that is not pulling pending transactions

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Michael. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Please know that TD Bank is not experiencing any known issues at this time in regards to third party services. Our Online Banking has recently updated which could be causing the error. We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling MINT in attempt to resolve this issue.
If you continue to have difficulty, we recommend reaching back out to MINT directly for assistance.
