I've been trying to set up mobile banking since I opened my account. However, for some reason it still won't let me set it up.

Thanks for writing to us at TD Helps, Mark.
We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties to enroll, but are happy to help!
Prior to using the Mobile Baking application, you must set up an Online Banking profile through our website. Please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address.
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, or still have issues trying to enroll, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up! You can also visit your local TD Bank Store for assistance. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you've created your online account or if you are enrolled already, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking. Please note that the Mobile Banking app is available for iPhones, Android and Blackberry phones at this time. Again, if you have any issues with the Mobile Banking app or need assistance logging in, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists.
Have a great day, Mark!
