Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Robert. We'd be glad to help!
When using TD Bank Mobile Deposit, we recommend keeping your deposited checks for up to 14 business days, to ensure the check has cleared your account. You may also like to retain them for your records if you think you may need a copy at a later date. When doing so, you might like to write the date on the front of the check and include the word “Deposited." Or, once you're certain that the funds have been paid to you, you can destroy the check if you prefer.
We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information about TD Mobile Deposit. If you should have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this clears things up and have a good day!
