Hello, I made a mobile deposit on 12/24 and have the actual receipt of the transaction. However, it is 12/26 and I have not yet received the funds in my checking account. When should I expect the funds to be there?

Welcome to TD Helps, Eric. We'd be happy to help determine when your funds will clear.
In most cases, when your deposit is made before 8pm on a business day it will be made available the following business day. If your deposit is made after 8pm on a business day or on any weekend/Federal holiday, the next business day will be considered the deposit date. For example, if you make a mobile deposit on a Saturday, the deposit date will be Monday, since that is the next business day; your funds would then generally be available on Tuesday. For more information, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL (the deposit availability details are listed in sections 6 and 7). For additional details about Mobile Deposit, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF.
Keep in mind that the $100 same-day availability for deposits does not apply to Mobile Deposits. Once a deposit has been submitted successfully, you may not cancel the deposit. If a mistake was made, please notify TD Bank right away. For more information on Funds Availability and deposits that may be applied for longer delays, please take a look here for our Personal Deposit Account Agreement:

We hope this helps, Eric and have a good night.
