Mobile deposit does not work. I can access my accounts, transfers etc on the app, but when I try to make a deposit it kicks me out of the app and says "server error. Looks like something's wrong on our end. login again to continue" Logging in again does not solve the issue

In reply to Vicki, London
Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps, Vicki. We'd glad to help you with accessing your mobile deposit.
Seeing that you're writing to us from abroad in London, we recommend reaching out to us directly. You may do so by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone. While you are on the phone with us, we may assist you further.
As you may be on travel right now, you may consider our Banking by Mail service. Banking by mail is simple, and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank by Mail
140 Mill Street
Lewiston, ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38-page 41. Also keep in mind that the TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
Thanks again for writing in, Vicki. We hope this helps!
