Great question, Sharon, and thanks for stopping by TD Helps for your answer.
We're happy to say that TD Bank Customers may download our Mobile App and make mobile deposits at free of charge!
First and foremost, please keep in mind that to use the Mobile Banking App, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking to do so.
If you are not currently enrolled, you may do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. The first step after the link mentioned is to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. You will then be asked to fill out your personal information and finally create security questions. Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you can then download the TD Bank Mobile App which makes it even easier to manage your accounts and check your balance on the go; you can do so by following this link: http://bit.ly/USApps. For more benefits of Online Banking visit http://bit.ly/1m3d6Zl.
To access your account you should use the same User Name and Password that you're using on our full website for your TD Bank Online Banking account. We also invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information along with the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for TD Bank Mobile Deposit.
If you have additional questions or need further assistance regarding mobile deposits, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Or if you prefer to go over this in person, you may visit any TD Store near you. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
