Last time I used my debit card on a vending machine it charged more than what I bought. Today I used my card on a vending machine but it never gave me the item and it took out $1.50 three times for the three times I tried. Would that be given back to me like how the first one was given back?

Thanks for joining us with your question, Airah.
Here's some information you may want to consider when it comes to account refunds.
If the merchant has processed a refund to your Visa debit card, it usually takes about 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. If you have any additional questions about the credit you expect to receive in particular, you may connect with one of our Customer Service Specialists 24/7 at (888) 751-9000.
You can also keep track of a transaction to see if it has been posted to your account by calling our Automated Line at (888) 751-9000, or by logging into Online Banking. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled in Online Banking, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card.
Please keep in mind that you're also welcome you to stop by any TD Bank Store for assistance; please find a listing of the Stores closest to you athttp://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also note that certain transactions that are still pending on your account could simply fall off after a period of time. If the transactions are still pending, it is possible to request to have the transactions disputed by sending either a secure message through your Online Banking profile or by call the 24/7 customer service line listed above. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Let us know if this helps and have a great day.
