Thank you for reaching out to us on this.
We apologize to hear about any possibility of unauthorized activity on your account. If you have not done so already, we recommend contacting us right away to close your debit card, for your account security. Our Banking Specialists are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to assist with this process.
After account verification, we would also be able to submit a request to have a card mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please keep in mind that depending on your Postal Office, your new card will arrive within 7-10 business days. Or, if you'd like to obtain a new card sooner, you're welcome to stop by at any TD Bank Store location. A Representative will be more than happy to print one for you while you wait. Please find your nearest TD Bank Store and lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
And regarding your next question, if you've had unauthorized activity occur on your account, TD Bank is usually able to file a claim on your behalf. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs.
When you get in touch with us as mentioned earlier in this message, we'll also be able to review the unauthorized activity which occurred, and file the appropriate type of dispute for you if applicable. Feel free to call or visit us at a Store for this option. Please also keep in mind that we'll be able to file the claim once the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "Pending" status.
Mary, we hope this will be helpful for you and eases your mind a bit.
Thanks again for getting in touch. We'll talk to you soon.
