I pay rent by a money order. Is the photocopy of the money order with the landlords name on it and marked "rent". Is this a legal rent receipt and proof of rent payment?

Thank you for contacting TD Helps with your question, Faye.
We're happy to inform you that a photocopy of the money order you use to pay your rent would be considered a legal rent receipt. If you misplace the copy of the money order, you may visit any TD Bank location to obtain another copy of this rent receipt. To find a TD Bank near you check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for more information.
We hope you find this information helpful and have a great day.
