Why do I get charged for receiving money from another bank? I already got charged by that bank for making the transfer so why am I being charged here by TD Bank also?

For most of our Personal Checking accounts, incoming wire transfer fees would apply. These fees do not apply however, if you currently have our TD Relationship Checking account or TD Premier Checking account.
