I transfered money from my account in Spain to my daughters account there in Bangon. I would like to check if everything its O.K. Could you check it? Do you need any information?

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Amaia. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
We recommend speaking to your daughter to ensure that the wire was credited to her account successfully. Please know that we would like to assist you both directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to any personal/account information. Your daughter can confirm that the funds were credited by calling us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives would be happy to help. She may also visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To share our locations and their hours with her please advise her to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Your daughter also has the option of sending a secure message. To send a secure message she must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To start the process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that she will need her account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, she may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." She can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page. If she has any trouble enrolling, she may contact us by using the number above or visiting a TD Store.
You may also be able to speak with your institution to place a trace on the wire to determine if it was credited.
We hope these options help both you and your daughter, Amaia and have a good day.
