Thank you for coming to TD Helps, Patricia. We are sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account and would like to guide you in the right direction to get this resolved as soon as possible.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. To better assist you, please feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 and speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification, they'd be more than happy to review your account transactions with you, provide more information on the transactions in question and provide any possible solutions to help you recover the funds if it is determined that the transactions are unauthorized. Also, you may visit any TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to have your account reviewed in person. For a listing of TD Bank Stores locations and hours, please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
