I opened an All-inclusive Banking Plan on September 2, 2014. I understood at that time the monthly fee for the first month would be pro-rated as soon as I deposited a minimum of $5000. I made the deposit on 9/3 but at the end of September I was charged a Monthly Account Fee of $28.95. Did I misunderstand the terms or is this a erroneous charge? I have not been charged a monthly fee since that time.

Welcome to TD Helps, Kyle. We would be happy to help.
It seems as though you meant to connect with our friends from Canada, however; you have reached TD Bank here in the US. No worries, we would be happy to point you in the right direction!
We invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1qFGB2k as our friend Geoffrey from TD Canada Trust answered a similar concern that we believe could help you. Additionally, you may also submit your own inquiry on their TD Helps page.
We hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!
