Is is possible to get for a mortgage for a property in the US being a non resident Canadian? I live and work overseas but would like to finance a condo in the US.

Thank you for your interest in a mortgage with TD, Eric. We'd be happy to help.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you meant to reach TD Canada Trust. That's ok! We on the U.S. TD Helps Team have done a little research for you. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1Ab4idp. Our friends on the Canadian TD Helps Team have answered a question similar to yours.
If you do not find their reply helpful, feel free to submit your own question by following the previous link. Alternatively, you may want to reach TD Canada Trust directly for assistance. Please take a look at our "Contact Us" page found here: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
It may be possible for you to apply for a mortgage with us at TD Bank here in the U.S. as well, but as you mention that you currently live overseas, we recommend connecting with our Financial Solutions Group at 1-800-937-5020 to discuss this possibility. We're here 24/7 to discuss all available options with you.
We hope this helps, Eric and have a good afternoon.
