Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Anna.
You can certainly keep your accounts and use your account once you move to Florida! Once you move, we do ask that you connect with us so that we may update your address.
There are several options that you can choose from to submit an address change request:
If you are enrolled in online banking and your account has been open for more than 30 days, you may request to update your address via online by following these steps below:
-After you log onto your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab -Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link -Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary. -After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
If you are not enrolled in online banking and or your account is less than 30 days old, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a list of TD Stores and hours near you. Upon proper account verification, we will be gladly to update the address for you.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to enroll, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available.
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:
TD Bank NA,
6000 Atrium Way
Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
Please note that your change of address request can take up to 2-4 business days to be completed.
Because you have moved to a new address and we want to ensure that the new address is on file, we request that you contact us 24/7 at the number provided above or stop by your nearest TD Bank location to order your checks. Once we have properly verified you, we'd be happy to place a check order for you; which you would then receive within 7- 10 business days.
Please note that prices vary and will be provided at the time you place your order. Once you complete your order, charges will automatically be debited from your TD Bank account and your order will be shipped to the address on your account.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Yen D, Mount Laurel
